“Lozovsky Forging-Mechanical Plant” the biggest forging-stamping enterprise in Ukraine and is one of the members of Industrial Group UPEK consolidates its positions in the market of Belarus.

During May LKMZ signed some new contracts with Belorussian enterprises. The cooperation with them has a great perspective in future.

In particular a new contract with “Minsk Motor Plant”(MMZ) for supplying of new production in cost of about 5mln.gr was signed .Within this agreement by the end of the year LKMZ will have supplied 100000 connecting rods to the customer . So annual volume of order from MMZ will increase almost up to 15mln.gr.

As Deputy General Director of LKMZ in marketing and sale Mr. Sergey Shcherbak informed for the last month the contracts for supplying the stamping to Bobruysk Tractor Component Plant and Gomel Starting Engine Plant were signed. In perspective the annual volume of order from these enterprises may be $3mln and $1.5mln accordingly. Also LKMZ is holding negotiations with Minsk Automobile Plant.

“We constantly increase the production supplying the quality contract execution . Due to this we attract new partners. The Belorussian market is one of the main for LKMZ. We see good perspective here: as the home production in this country is rising the volume of orders will grow too”-said S.Shcherbak.

Close Corporation “Lozovsky Forging-Mechaniсal Plant” is the biggest forging and hot stamping enterprise in Ukraine and in UIS. The enterprise specializes in producing stamping of 300 different types. The producing capacity is to 180 thousand tones a year. As the plant is a multi-profile enterprise it is also the leader in producing axles for grain harvesters, road-building machines, axles for buses, the details for movable train set of cars. The pure income of “LKMZ” in 2006 increased in 14,3% and was 186,44mln.gr. The part of export in sales increased in 1,7 time and formed 34,66%. In 2007 the enterprise is planning to rise the pure income to 320mln.gr

“UPEC” is one of the biggest machine-building company in Ukraine. It was founded in 1995. The Industrial group UPEC includes three directions of activity:
