Lozova Forging-Mechanical Plant (LKMZ) is the largest press forging and machining enterprise in Ukraine and Europe.
LKMZ specializes in a high-volume production of about 500 different forgings, installed capacity of the enterprise is up to 180 thousand tons of forgings per year.
Full range of forging and stamping equipment with advanced and unique technologies allow producing hot-forged complex-shaped and high-precision forgings with reduced steel consumption.
LKMZ production capacities are used for in-house production of forgings as well as for the supply to the leading OEMs, including Minsk Tractor Works (MTZ), Minsk Motor Plant (MMZ), Melitopol Motor Plant (MeMZ), Zaporizhia Automobile Plant (AvtoZAZ) and others.
New equipment fleet of LKMZ allows producing work pieces uniform in size and microstructure density, thus improving subsequent machining, reducing allowance for subsequent operations, increasing durability of the products and most importantly, allows us offering you the most competitive price.
Since 2005 the plant has been certified by the International Quality Standard ISO 9001:2008, and is now preparing to undergo certification by ISO/TS.
